Canada Day and Independence Day
Please note that on Tuesday, July 1st, 2008 all Canadian banks will be closed for Canada Day and on Friday, July 4th 2008 U.S. banks will be closed for Independence Day. If your pay date falls between July 1st and July 4th, we will need your hours and information one business day earlier to facilitate banking. As in the past, if you are affected by the above closure we reserve the option to collect funds a day earlier, based on an average of the 4 payrolls preceding. Our office will be closed on Tuesday, July 1st.
Payroll Managers, remember your payroll information and cleared funds must be received 4 days prior to the pay date.
