Job Description
Payroll Solutions Canada is looking for a dynamic individual to head their Payroll and Time and Labour Management (TLM) Implementation area to increase organizational efficiency. Working with both internal and external customers confidentially and discreetly, you will provide timely administration of senior payroll & TLM processes and reports ensuring current legislative standards are applied.
The ideal candidate is a bright and confident professional who can thrive in a dynamic and entrepreneurial business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervision of all Payroll & TLM implementations
• Utilization of Project Management applications and methodology
• Coordination of Payroll & Time & Labour Management software implementations
• Liaise with service personnel for the transitioning of new clients to the service department
Key Competencies and qualifications:
• Business Degree/College Diploma in Human Resources or Payroll Certificate
• Minimum five years experience preferably as an a Payroll/HR Generalist role
• Strong working knowledge of payroll & Time & labour system processing would be an asset
• A proven track record of measurable results in a dynamic and client focused environment
• A natural ability to build strong relationships and able to bring individuals and initiatives together
• Ability to adapt and embrace new and changing situations

Job Description
The PSC Account Executive is responsible for selling a suite of product and service offerings including payroll, time and labour management and human resource information systems, to new or existing clientele. By embracing proven sales methodology, the Account Executive will maximize their potential to grow corporate revenues and attain established sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish a level of proficiency with PSC products and services in order to illustrate value to potential clients
• Proactively develop new prospects through effective territory strategy and tactical execution including but not limited to networking, cold calling, trade shows, targeted marketing and other sources
• Respond to and qualify opportunities utilizing professional sales methodology
• Perform a variety of tasks including responding to RFP’s, coordinating business proposals, developing presentations, and conducting negotiations
• Work with internal resources to enhance probabilities of driving revenue growth
• Represent the PSC brand through unremitting professional and ethical conduct
Key Competencies:
• Highly motivated with a capacity to work independently while utilizing internal resources to enhance opportunities for success
• Ability to establish and maintain client relationships
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to flourish in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2-3 years B2B sales experience
• Proven record of quota attainment
• Bachelors degree in Business or equivalent
• Bi-lingual is an asset
